Project Description

Hamilton Harbor

Permitting and construction oversight of a 36 wet slip marina within a man-made basin along with an upland dry storage facility accommodating 325 vessels.

The Hamilton Harbor project consists of a fifteen-acre project site with a 36 wet slip man-made boat basin and a dry stack facility accommodating 325 vessels in the heart of 145 acres of preserve. A creative approach to mangrove enhancement utilizing a crenelated seawall system in the boat basin creates additional tidal flow for the previously impacted mangroves while allowing for the creation of the basin itself. Additional services included: endangered species assessments, dredging of public and private channels, navigation aids, public easement coordination with the Governor and Cabinet and construction coordination and oversight.
