Walker's Cay

Walkers Cay is located 40 miles north of Grand Bahama Island. The project consists of an existing, hurricane damaged, now closed and decrepit hotel, marina and airstrip facility. The intent is to create an active, mixed-used resort on this approximately 59-acre island. The facility will consist of; a new hotel, a variety of both single and multifamily residential units, various small-scale commercial facilities (restaurants and shops), a marina with approximately 153 wet slips and a dry storage building which will accommodate approximately 100 dry slips, both offering fuel and an airstrip along with associated utility and infrastructure requirements. The resort will be a destination for short and long-term visitors to The Bahamas with some of the expected clientele likely to purchase land and homes to make Walkers Cay a seasonal residence.
