Our mission is to provide helpful solutions, designing and engineering services to our clients in the marine and environmental fields at a competitive price.

Established in 1988, Turrell, Hall & Associates, Inc. Marine & Environmental Consulting provides specialized consulting services in the fields of marine, environmental and coastal engineering. Our staff excels in a contemporary working knowledge of state and federal regulatory permitting rules and procedures.

We try to protect our clients’ interests while helping to design projects which have the least possible impact on our natural environment.

We provide a variety of solutions for waterfront development and marina designs. Providing the parameters and building plans for luxury yacht marinas has become a specialty.

Environmental services include habitat enhancement and/or mitigation, marine and terrestrial habitat mapping and analysis for project development, wildlife studies, impact assessments and jurisdictional wetland determinations.

Marine services include coastal zone marina and waterfront design, permitting and construction services. The firm has completed hundreds of projects in Florida and the Caribbean with a significant amount of work done in the Bahamas.
